Second Floor Improvement Second Floor Improvement is where money is given to businesses that are wanting to update a portion of their building that is not currently being used. Jewel Box Apartments, in 2002 the Second Floor Improvement grant was given to the Jewel Box to update the new building. The second story of the Jewel Box was converted into apartments. All Digital Wear Apartments, is a new business that is renovating the large building on the northwest corner of the Square. The building is not only a new business but is creating two apartments on the Square, one to be used by the owner the other to be rented out.
