Greenfield Volunteer Fire Department
The Greenfield Volunteer Fire Department is made up of dedicated community members who give their time, energy and expertise to protect Greenfield and the surrounding area. Department members respond to structure fires, vehicle accidents, hazardous conditions, severe-weather emergencies, and other calls for assistance.
Our firefighters complete ongoing training and maintain specialized equipment so they are prepared to respond safely and effectively in an emergency. Their commitment extends well beyond emergency response and includes fire prevention, public education and support for community events.
The department’s strength comes from its volunteers, neighbors helping neighbors and answering the call whenever they are needed.
